Boarding
Wattland II is a premier boarding facility for both horse and rider, offering the following amenities:
- 14 stall Concrete Barn, built to hurricane code, well-lit and ventilated
- 6 stall premier wood barn built to hurricane code, well lit and ventilated
- 4 wash racks
- 12 x 12 Stalls, all matted, premium shavings
- Large Paddocks for turn out
- Large riding arena with great footing dragged and watered daily
- Lunge Ring
- Large Air conditioned Tack Room
- Individual Tack Spaces for each boarder
- Undercover tack areas
- Stalls cleaned twice per day 7 days per week
- Premium hay and grain
- Lunch hay fed
- Equestrian Center down the road for alternate riding with large field
- Parkland Farmers Market Nov through April on 1st and 3rd Sunday from 9-1

Boarding Contracts
All new Boarders please print out, complete and return with your rent to Dawn; the Equine Boarder Agreement and the Border Barn Rules.
All existing Boarders please complete, sign and email or hand to Dawn Watt the yearly board agreement and the boarder barn rules by 1/15 of every new calendar year.
